Custom Order Information

Custom orders open up on the 19th of each month, at 10am MST.

At this time we will release a google form on Instagram and on the website. It will remain posted for 24 hours, and then applications will close.

We will then go through each application and choose 15-20 spots to fill.

You will be contacted within 48 hours of custom opening, if your application was chosen.

    If you snag a spot, follow the link to take a look at our fabric options. Style options can be found within the website, or we have a highlight reel posted on Instagram. Please place your order as soon as possible, so we can get started quickly and efficiently.

  • Lastly

    All orders are paid for before they are created. Orders and payments must be submitted within 3 days of gaining a spot, or it will be given to the next person in line. You can expect your order to take between 4-5 weeks

FAQ's

Will my items shrink?

All of our fabrics are prewashed and preshrunk with scent free soap. While we recommend that you hang dry your items to ensure longevity, they will not shrink if they are put in the dryer.

How often do you make custom orders?

Custom orders are open on the 19th of each month. They are on a first come, first served basis.

How long should I expect for my clothes to be made?

Custom orders usually have a turnaround of between 3-4 weeks.

Where do you get your fabrics?

All of my fabrics are sourced from Canadian companies all over Canada. I try to support as local as I can, but the odd time I will source them from Europe.

What is your return policy?

Customs orders are non refundable. 

If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased online, (loose threads, etc) please contact us to talk about a solution.
