Custom orders can be made at anytime! Please note that depending on what you are looking for and where we are with our orders, turnaround time can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks!

We can also order custom fabrics! Our turnaround time for ordering fabric is 3-5 weeks! You can see some find some of our preorder options here!

How it Works:

  • Where to Start

    Fill out google form. Try and be as descriptive as you can in terms of what you're looking for, sizing, style options etc.

  • What's Next

    I will contact you to fine tune all the details for your order, whether we need to order fabrics and what the turnaround time will look like.

  • Lastly

    All orders are paid for before they are created. Orders and payments must be submitted within 3 days of gaining a spot, or it will be given to the next person in line. You can expect your order to take between 4-5 weeks

FAQ's

Will my items shrink?

All of our fabrics are prewashed and preshrunk with scent free soap. While we recommend that you hang dry your items to ensure longevity, they will not shrink if they are put in the dryer.

How often do you make custom orders?

Custom orders are open on the 19th of each month. They are on a first come, first served basis.

How long should I expect for my clothes to be made?

Custom orders usually have a turnaround of between3 3-6 weeks.

Where do you get your fabrics?

All of my fabrics are sourced from Canadian companies all over Canada. I try to support as local as I can, but the odd time I will source them from overseas.

What is your return policy?

Customs orders are non refundable. 

If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased online, (loose threads, etc) please contact us to talk about a solution.
